Conflict Resolution: Problem Solving Tools for People Problems. JJC is proud to present Lovoy’s Team Works in a 4 hour Conflict Resolution training session. This class is ideal for teams or team members that have experienced dysfunction or new teams or team leaders charged with operating a successful team. Lovoy’s TeamWorks provides an interactive, exciting curriculum. Participants will:
· Acknowledge that awareness, accountability and actions are the keys to changing behavior.
· Recognize the difference between a group of individuals and a team.
· Identify stages that groups go through in order to become productive work teams.
· Determine what language and actions promote "victimhood."
· Identify what types of actions can be devastating to team trust.
· Establish what actions should be taken that promote intolerance for unhealthy team behavior.
Lunch – Roundtable Discussion
Success Steps of New Supervisors. The afternoon speaker is Jamie N. Jones, PHR, of JJC, and will present an engaging two-hour session to new supervisors and managers on how to successfully step into a leadership role. This session is ideal for potential supervisors and new supervisors/managers, as it will focus on the beginning success steps into a successful managerial career. Participants will:

· Learn the common pitfalls of new supervisors
· Discuss performance management
· Tips for employee engagement
· Employment law basics
